Symptoms of a FoLC

Us funny FoLC's- we're just batty about Lois and Clark!!

First and foremost there is the all-encompassing Everything in Life I Need to Know I Learned From Lois and Clark...

Alison Word wrote a very appropriate poem that sums up what being a FOLC is all about :) Here it is:

Maybe I'm lonely, but I'm not alone.
Maybe I'm crazy, maybe that's shown.
The one thing I think, the one thing I feel,
To everyone else it's unimportant, it's not even real.
To us it's a way of life, or the way we live,
We don't understand it, it just is.
We live by the quotes, the sayings, and rules,
And to us, green and red rocks, certainly aren't jewels.
What can I say, to make you understand?
It's not even real, it's just Superman.
So, why do we act, the way that we do?
If you find out the answer, will you tell me too?
Sometimes I wish that I wasn't this way,
But what else I am, what should I say?
You don't understand me, why bother to try?
My obsession is like Lex Luthor, it may never die.
At long last, I know what I am, and it's no joke,
I think I was born and raised, to be a FoLC.

I also found a cute list of things to indicate whether or not you are a FOLC on Amanda Lane's Lois and Clark site. It's quite extensive, so make sure you have time.

If you're a FoLC and wonder where you/we came from, you may want to check out T Ackerman's telling of 'FOLC's: Evolution of a new Species?' for a good laugh.
